Early 18 th century precious trunk is from Nagri, the most West Tibet. It is in excellent condition,
painted on yak leather over wood, iron fitting, mineral pigment, gild. It is constructed using pine
wood with yak’s leather over wood and original metalwork. Painted using mineral colors, this trunk
is more art than a piece of furniture.
